Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify medical practices and clinics that can benefit from VAFOR Doctors’ solutions
  • Research to personalize messages and increase conversion rates
  • Initiate outbound outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn
  • Engage in conversation with healthcare decision-makers

CRM Management & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate and organized records in the CRM, occasionally coordinating with our CRM Data Entry Assistant to ensure high-quality lead tracking and data consistency.
  • Track outreach efforts, response rates, and conversion to booked demos
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales leaders to refine outreach strategy
  • Follow up diligently and nurture leads over time

Qualifications & Skills

Required Skills & Experience

  • 0–2 years in entry-level SDR jobs or related sales/customer service roles
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Time management, organization, and persistence
